The hard part of turning manga into video is the panels. Pages are rarely neat grids — panels overlap, run diagonally, bleed off the edge, and separate with black fades rather than white gutters. Splitting those by hand is the reason most people give up. This detects each panel on the page, reads the dialogue in it, and renders it as its own shot with a slow zoom and narration before stitching the page together.

How it works
Upload pages or a PDF
Whole chapters can go in at once. Each page is analysed separately so panel counts vary naturally page to page.
Panels are detected
Detection handles irregular layouts — diagonal slashes, zig-zag cuts and black-fade gutters — not just rectangular grids. Advertising and credits pages are skipped.
Each panel gets narrated
Dialogue is read per panel, voices assigned, and the panel is rendered with a slow zoom so the video moves rather than sitting on a still.
Rendering happens on our servers
Long jobs do not run in your browser tab, so you can queue several videos, close the page, and collect them later. If a render fails, the credits for it are returned automatically.
Questions
Does it work with irregular panel layouts?
Yes. Detection is built around connected regions rather than straight horizontal and vertical cuts, which is what lets it handle diagonal, zig-zag and overlapping panels.
What about pages with black gutters or fades?
Those are handled. Panels are classified by how much of the area is artwork rather than by contrast, so a black-backed page does not merge into one blob.
Will it skip advert and credits pages?
It tries to. Pages that are not story content are filtered out during analysis so they do not end up narrated in the middle of the recap.
How is the quality?
Panels are upscaled before the zoom is applied, so zooming in does not reveal source pixels, and the video is encoded at a high bitrate rather than the browser default.

Manga recaps are priced per page analysed, with narration included. Credits are prepaid rather than a subscription, and different formats cost different amounts depending on how much narration and rendering they need.
