1. What this service does
memeractor renders videos from files and links that you provide. We do not supply, host a library of, or licence any source material.
2. Your content and your rights
You must own the material you upload, or have permission from the rights holder, or a legal basis such as fair use / fair dealing in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for what you upload and for what you publish. Uploading pirated or scanlated material is a breach of these terms.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to infringe copyright, to evade content-protection or rights-management systems, or to publish unlawful content. Accounts used this way are terminated.
4. Credits and payment
Credits are prepaid and consumed per render. If a render fails, the credits for that job are returned automatically. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Rendering may fail, and output quality depends on the material you supply.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, including under the repeat-infringer policy in our DMCA policy.
