How to report infringement
Send a notice to the address above including:
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The material you say is infringing and where it can be found on our service.
- Your contact details.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, and we notify the user who uploaded it.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error you may send a counter-notice to the same address.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid notices are terminated. We keep a record of notices received and of the accounts they relate to.
